1. Instructions for the Power Sprayer

To use this method, simply lean forward or backward on the toilet and drop the lower pouch drain over the toilet bowl. Insert the power sprayer into the upper opening of the pouch. Rinse the pouch from 30 seconds to three minutes, or until all waste is flushed from the pouch. Flushing the pouch until the exiting water runs clear assures you of a clean stoma. The objective of this system is to permit fast and efficient hygienic cleaning of the pouch. The power sprayer will also clean any exposed skin, which helps to reduce irritation.

2. Instructions for the Squeeze Bottle

To use this method, lean forward or backward on the toilet and drop the lower pouch drain over the toilet bowl. Insert the squeeze bottle in the top opening of the pouch. Rinse the pouch from 30 seconds to three-minutes, or until all waste is flushed clean. Be sure to flush the pouch until the exiting water runs clear. The squeeze bottle will also help to clean exposed skin, which reduces irritation.
